BAHL Clifton branch building was completed in just 6 months’ time with exterior work, steel structure mezzanine floor, aluco bond, glass partitions and interior finishing work including granite, tiles, ceiling, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, aluminum and wooden works. Branch contained 3 floors with covered area 7000 SqFt. Tender amount was 20.5 M.
BAHL Gawadar Branch
BAHL Gawadar Branch located in Gawadar Balochistan. Whole project was completed in 1 year time with complete structural work including foundation, column, beam, slabs & exterior work with aluco bond cladding and interior work including granite, tiles, ceiling, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, aluminum & glass partition and wooden work. Premises have 2100 SqFt covered area with tender amount 20 M.
BAHL Setalite Town Quetta Branch
Our one of the most important landmark project is in final working position. Project contained 1 basement and 3 floors with covered area 9000 SqFt. & took 1 Year time to complete with complete structural work including raft foundation, column, beam, slabs, retaining walls & exterior work with aluco bond, granite cladding & grooved plaster. Interior work was done with granite, tiles, ceiling, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, aluminum & glass partition and wooden work. Total cost of the project was 30.7 M.
Bank Alfalah – IBG Al Tijarah Branch
BAFL – IBG AL TIJARAH BRANCH PWD located in karachi shahrah e faisal completed by December 2021 ground plus mezzanine premier lounge 4857 covered area was cost 16 million which was completed by 8 weeks where wooden claddings CNC laser designing renovation civil furniture electrical plumbing & AC work done along with the highest efficiency & satisfactory.
Bank Alfalah, Dinga & Phalia Branch
Accomplished in collaboration with Subtractive Studio, the Dinga (2,743 sqft, 20M) and Phalia (3,132 sqft, 24M) branches were delivered efficiently despite site challenges. Both projects showcase strong coordination, modern functionality, and consistent corporate branding aligned with Bank Alfalah’s standards.

Schon Circle Branch Accomplished by
Jan – Feb 2022 Ground + Loft Area 1484 Sft In the Consultancy with subtractive studio. It Was a challenging project with a great experience and completed within given time frame in narrow area and the team efforts.
